General Principles<\/strong><\/h3><p>Oasis Public Charitable Foundation is a registered non-governmental organisation in the Kyrgyz Republic. Donations made to Oasis support programs focused on social protection, youth empowerment, prevention of gender-based violence, counter-trafficking efforts, education access, and policy advocacy.<\/p><p>By making a donation to Oasis Foundation, you agree to the terms outlined in this Donation Policy.<\/p><h3><strong>2. Non-Refundable Donations<\/strong><\/h3><p>All donations made to Oasis Foundation are <strong>final and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be returned, except in cases of:<\/p><ul><li><p>Duplicate transactions caused by technical error<\/p><\/li><li><p>Unauthorized transactions verified by the payment provider<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>If you believe a payment was made in error, you must contact us within <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> of the transaction date at <a href=\"mailto:info@oasiskg.org\">info@oasiskg.org<\/a>. Any review of exceptional cases will be conducted at the sole discretion of Oasis Foundation.<\/p><h3><strong>3. Use of Funds<\/strong><\/h3><p>Donations are used to support Oasis Foundation\u2019s charitable mission and programs, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Education access for vulnerable youth<\/p><\/li><li><p>Legal and psychological assistance for survivors of violence and trafficking<\/p><\/li><li><p>Rehabilitation and reintegration services<\/p><\/li><li><p>Research and advocacy initiatives<\/p><\/li><li><p>Operational and administrative costs necessary to sustain program delivery<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Oasis reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed unless a donation is explicitly designated for a specific program and accepted as such..<\/p><h3><strong>4. Payment Processing<\/strong><\/h3><p>Oasis Foundation uses secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit\/debit card information on our servers.<\/p><p>By donating, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment provider.<\/p><h3><strong>5.
