Using a mixed-methods approach \u2013 legal analysis, desk review, structured interviews with 48 probation clients, and an online survey of 130 respondents \u2013 the study maps deficits in psychological support, education access, housing, and employment. A key finding is that nearly half of probation clients lack an individual rehabilitation plan, and only half had received any psychological support.
