Oasis Foundation is a Kyrgyzstan-based NGO committed to inclusive social protection and empowerment of vulnerable youth.
Since 2003, Oasis Foundation has worked to ensure that young people excluded by structural barriers – including graduates of orphanages, victims of gender-based violence and trafficking, and youth in conflict with the law – are supported to reach their full potential. We believe every young person deserves safety, dignity, opportunity, and a path to self-sufficient, meaningful life. Our approach combines direct support services, education access, legal advocacy, and partnerships with government and civil society to create lasting impact
