Donation Policy

1. General Principles

Oasis Public Charitable Foundation is a registered non-governmental organisation in the Kyrgyz Republic. Donations made to Oasis support programs focused on social protection, youth empowerment, prevention of gender-based violence, counter-trafficking efforts, education access, and policy advocacy.

By making a donation to Oasis Foundation, you agree to the terms outlined in this Donation Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made to Oasis Foundation are final and non-refundable.

Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be returned, except in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions caused by technical error

• Unauthorized transactions verified by the payment provider

If you believe a payment was made in error, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction date at info@oasiskg.org. Any review of exceptional cases will be conducted at the sole discretion of Oasis Foundation.

3. Use of Funds

Donations are used to support Oasis Foundation’s charitable mission and programs, including but not limited to:

• Education access for vulnerable youth

• Legal and psychological assistance for survivors of violence and trafficking

• Rehabilitation and reintegration services

• Research and advocacy initiatives

• Operational and administrative costs necessary to sustain program delivery

Oasis reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed unless a donation is explicitly designated for a specific program and accepted as such..

4. Payment Processing

Oasis Foundation uses secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit/debit card information on our servers.

By donating, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment provider.

5. Donor Privacy

Oasis Foundation respects donor confidentiality.

• We do not sell, trade, or share donor personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Donor information is used solely for processing donations, issuing receipts, and communicating about our work (unless the donor opts out).
