This illustrated guide, produced by Oasis with support from the German Embassy in Bishkek, is aimed at staff working in children’s residential institutions and child protection bodies, as well as young people themselves preparing to leave care. Written in Kyrgyz and Russian, it covers the documents graduates are entitled to receive on leaving, their rights to housing, education, healthcare, and employment, and provides practical guidance on navigating state services. The guide includes a contact directory and visual elements to make information accessible to young people with limited legal literacy.
